Onsite IT Support
Onsite IT Support provides you with your own IT department when you need it most allowing you to concentrate on running your business. Computer repairs, computer support & PC repairs are carried out at a convenient time for you to minimise the inconvenience to your business or home routine.
Our on-site IT support services are charged at a fixed hourly rate and support can be delivered on a pay as you go basis or as part of your bespoke support package.
Remote IT Support
Today’s technology enables us to access and work on your computer or server, at your request, from our remote location. This means we can deliver an immediate response and identify the computer problems you are experiencing. In most cases we are able to provide a solution remotely and this service reduces the diagnosis time required onsite should an onsite visit eventually be required.
Our remote IT support services can be on a pay as you go basis for new and existing clients or form part of your flexible IT support package.
PC Installations & Data Migration
We are here to help with computer repairs, PC and hardware installations, PC repairs and the ongoing development of your network.
